Terms of service
1. The service
FinModel is an online service for building financial models, reports and forecasts, with an AI assistant. Forecasts are estimates based on the numbers you enter and on public data; they are not financial, legal or tax advice.
2. Account
You need an account with a valid email to save models. You are responsible for keeping your password safe. One person may use one free trial.
3. Free trial
After sign-up you get 7 days of the Pro plan without payment details. When the trial ends, editing, exports and the assistant close; your models remain available for viewing.
4. Subscriptions and payments
Payments are processed by Lava.top. Subscriptions are paid monthly or yearly in advance and renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel renewal in your account at any time; access remains until the end of the paid period.
5. AI credits
Plans include a monthly amount of AI credits that refreshes each month. Purchased credit packs do not expire while your account exists. The cost of a request in credits depends on its size.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use the service to break the law, attack the service or other users, or resell access without our consent.
7. Liability
The service is provided as is. We work to keep it available and accurate, but we are not liable for decisions made on the basis of forecasts.
