1. What we collect

Your email and name, the models you create, conversations with the AI assistant, payment records (without card details) and technical data such as IP address and browser for security.

2. Why

To provide the service, process payments, send service emails (verification, password reset, billing notices), prevent abuse and improve the product. Marketing emails only with your consent.

3. Who processes data

Hosting and database providers, the payment service Lava.top for payments, an email provider for service emails and Anthropic for AI assistant requests. Your models are not used to train AI models.

4. Storage and security

Data is stored on servers in the EU. Passwords are stored as salted hashes, connections are encrypted.

5. Your rights

You can view and change your data in your account, export models and delete the account at any time. For other requests write to hello@finmodel.app.
